I'm back bitches.... My 3 week vacation was absolutely fabulous!!! Mexico City has changes so much and Acapulco is as fun as it always has been!!!
I spent most of my time with Blanca & Diego, and they made my stay very fun and entertaining! I met a lot of thier friends and even a Budhist Monk named Yeshi. Overall the visit was fabulous and I now plan to go there more often!I also met up with John & Christian (he lives in NY but for some reason we just never hang out here). I'll be uploading pics soon... Take care! |

I was so shocked to see that Moenia, one of my favorite bands from the 90's is having a concert in Mexico City on May 29th!!!
I quickly changed my flight and bought a couple of tickets to go to the concert! I can't wait to re-live these hits! I added some history of the band... |

I thought this movie was really good, I've always been a Trekkie... I know, I know, I'm a nerd, but seriously this movie was really good ever if you don;t know much about Star Trek.
One thing I loved is that Zachary Quinto (From NBC's Heroes), Chris Pine, John Cho ('Herold' from the Hearold and Kumar series) and Anton Yelchin were all in the movie! I have this new found crush on Anton Yelchin! I think he's 18... I surre hope so... LOL! Anyway Chris Pine is cute too! Leonard Nimoy was also in the movie which gave it an awesome touch! My conclusion: If your a trekkie you must watch it, and if you're not u do too!!!! |

I'm basically 2 weeks from leaving on vacation! This year's plans include: Acapulco, parachuting, bungee jumping, Six Flags, visits to several clubs in Mexico City like Maraquesh and Milk Club. This time I'll be in Mexico for a little more than 2 weeks. Mostly I'll be in Mexico City, but for 5 days and 4 nights I will be in Acapulco with my BFF. LOL!
I'll have more details later on! Toodles! |

It's confirmed! I'm definitely going to the Cafe Tacuba XX Años Tour. They'll be performing @ Nokia Theatre in Times Square on June 28th, same day as Pride. I'm really syked about seeing them perform live! I'm also trying to get tickets for the concert in Mexico City (since I'll be there). They're performing on June 16th @ El Foro Sol. This concert will be awesome! |

The countdown begins for my fabulous vacation to Mexico. Even with the worldwide fears about the Infuenza A (N1H1) virus, I don't expect to postpone my vacation. I personally believe the whole thing is just a dumb exaggeration. The media had nothing better to do this week that scare the shit out of everyone. I thought the school closures and public event cancellations in Texas were just plain stupid! Those dumb dumbs in Texas have nothing better to do than freak out. I feel utterly sorry for them.
Meanwhile Pres. Barack Obama has been in office for 100 days now. Of course he was brushed off because of the stupid "pandemic". It's seems the media isn't interested in letting the world know how well he has been doing his job and that his promise for change is being kept. ... more details on my trip later! |

The last month has been a bit crazy... I've been planning a nice weekend vacation in Acapulco with my "x" hubby, I moved on in life with a number of issues, saw the true side of a couple of "friends", and had a freaking fun time with my real friends! Let's start with Acapulco. This June I'll be going to Mexico for two and a half weeks, and to be honest I'm really excited... I'm gonna see my family and friends after 2 years of being away from Mexico. Obviously I'm gonna chill with my sister and her kids, visit my aunt, but the most exciting thing is that I'm going to Acapulco for 5 days with Adrian. I don't expect much from the trip except for crazy drinking and wild partying! I have planned a series of crazy adventures while we're there. Bungee jumping, the Skycoaster, a balloon ride, scuba diving and parachuting are just a few things I plan to do in Aca this year. Hopefully I have time to do everything! I have decided to totally detach myself from some long time frenemies, and decided to just drop them from my life completely. I am tired of wasting my tiome on these poor bastards, but I will admit, I like the ocasional Facebook bashing... That's never gonna change! Lately, I have been hangin' more often with my friends, going to the movies and just chillin'. For some reason I had secluded myself, but.. the BITCH is BACK! TTYL! |
